• Mandatory Registration: All attendees, including accompanying children, must be registered.
• Children Policy:
  • Below 5 years – registration required, no fee.
  • 5 years & above – applicable fees apply.
• PG Students: Bonafide certificate is mandatory.
• Senior Citizens: Age proof required for 70+ years.
• Registrations are non-transferable.
• GST applicable as per government norms.
• GST & payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
• Delegate kits issued only to registered delegates.
• Valid government photo ID mandatory.
• Spot registration kits subject to availability.
• No organizer liability for loss or delays.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations must be emailed from the registered email ID.
2. Before specified date – 25% cancellation fee (excluding GST).
3. Between specified dates – 50% / 75% as applicable.
4. After cut-off date – Non-refundable.
5. Refunds will be processed within 6 weeks post event.
6. Email timestamp will be considered official request date.
7. GST is strictly non-refundable.
